Terms of use

Plain reading
Use MuayThang as a fighter, in good faith. Don't spam, don't lie, don't harass anyone, don't scrape the data for a competing product. We can remove content that breaks these terms. We make no warranty that the data is correct or current.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile or check in. The product targets foreign fighters traveling to Thailand and is not designed for minors.
2. Your content
You own the reviews, check-ins, and profile content you submit. By submitting, you grant MuayThang a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, aggregate, and use that content in service of the product. We will not sell your content. You can delete it at any time per the privacy policy.
3. Acceptable use
- Be honest in reviews. Inaccurate or paid reviews will be removed.
- One profile per person. Use your real fighter handle.
- No harassment of other fighters, trainers, or gyms.
- No automated scraping. The data is for fighters and gyms; not for resale or competing aggregators.
- No content that violates Thai or international law.
4. Gym listings
Gym listings are seeded from public sources (OpenStreetMap, public gym websites, market research) and from user submissions. We make no warranty about the accuracy of programs, prices, or availability. Verify directly with the gym before booking. Gyms can claim their listings to control content; details on the gym partner page.
5. No booking commission
MuayThang is not a booking marketplace. We do not handle payments between fighters and gyms. Any booking, deposit, or training agreement is directly between you and the gym, on whatever terms the gym offers. We are not a party to that transaction.
6. Disclaimers
MuayThang is provided "as is." Information may be inaccurate or outdated. The product is not a substitute for direct gym contact, due diligence on visa requirements, or legal/medical advice about training in a foreign country. You assume the risk of using the data to make travel and training decisions.
7. Account suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will give a reason if asked. You can terminate your own account at any time via /me.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuayThang's total liability for any claim related to use of this product is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. For free fighter accounts, that amount is zero. For paid gym accounts, see the gym-partner agreement on file.
9. Governing law
Pending incorporation of a legal entity, these terms are governed by Portuguese law and disputes are submitted to the courts of Lisbon. Once incorporated (per the public business model doc), the governing law and venue may change; users will be notified by in-app banner.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a fresh date and signed-in users will see an in-app banner.
